Taking flight with United Airlines from San Jose to Boston over the weekend. It took them two days to get me over another side of the country, lots of cancellations and hours of waiting in-line to re-ticket. I was ended up in PVD and my baggage was ended up in BOS.#-O Fly Southwest from now on.
